Subject: CaseID combination & scan ID’s
Hi Phil,
The CaseID on the O2Vent.com dashboard below shows the combined CaseID of the two patients in this order. Is it possible to split them out with their sub orders?
Also, in this order, we received only one set of scans. We’re not sure yet what the issue is (we’re preparing an email to Danielle to follow up with the clinician), however, the scans uploaded are not labelled so we can’t tell which patient these scans belong to. Would it be possible for the scans to be labelled in some way to distinguish between them when we receive more than one order at a time?
